With over 20 years in the housing industry, Rochelle Gano is a trusted mortgage lender serving homebuyers and homeowners in Washington and Oregon. She began her career in real estate in 1999 and transitioned to mortgage lending in 2009—bringing a well-rounded, client-first approach to every transaction.

Rochelle has helped hundreds of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, downsizing homeowners, and real estate investors, successfully navigate the home financing process. She also taught first-time homebuyer classes for seven years, empowering buyers with the tools and knowledge to make informed mortgage decisions.

She is an active member of the local Realtor Association, serving on the Realtor Foundation Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and RPAC Committee. Nationally, she represents the industry as an Auditor on the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women’s National Committee.
